• Closed as program error.

Error description

• TEP " coupling facility structures workspace " has incorrect
  value displayed in 'List Entries Percent' field.
  The value has been incorrectly shifted from the 'LIST Entries
  Used' field to 'List Entries Percent', thus sometimes the value
  will be exceeding 100%.  This also fixes 'Structure Name' field,
  which can be blank.
