Is the Cognos Mobile native app supported on iOS11?
Answer
Cognos Mobile version 11.0.0.0.5.4 is supported on iOS11.
Cognos Mobile for BlackBerry Dynamics v11.0.0.5.8 is also supported and the embedded BlackBerry SDK has been upgraded to v3.3.
See below for known issues that will be addressed in an upcoming release.
IBM has completed the final round of tests for the Cognos Mobile app version 11.0.0.5 against all supported versions of the Cognos BI platform (v10.2.0 to v11.0.7). Some issues have been raised and captured in the grid below. Environments outside of the versions mentioned in the grid below will not be supported. We will update the info on this page to indicate the status of the on-going work.

Cognos BI v10 environments with older FPs may receive a RAVE adapter error.
Minor known issues on iOS11:
1) Drop-down boxes are difficult to tap on. The work around is to tap off the selection in the drop down before continuing.
2) Icons on the UI are not appearing in portrait mode: A few icons are no longer visible, but appear again when in landscape.
We are planning on addressing these issues in an upcoming release.
