Error description

• If the DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS panel GOC5 'Generate
  Compare Jobs' option 'Single compare job' is set to No when
  the IGNORE, MASK or VERSION table entry options are used a JCL
  error IEF212I DATA SET NOT FOUND occurs e.g.:

Local fix

• Use 'Single compare job' YES or do not use table entry function
  for IGNORE, MASK or VERSION's.
