• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS panel ADB21TSE
  "Build SQL SELECT Prototype" can build invalid SQL syntax
  which contains:
  "WHERE AND"
  and fails with a SQLCODEN199 / SQLCODE -199 if the panel is
  displayed as a result of using the SSEL line command from panel
  ADB21 "System catalog".
