Visualization reports throw the following error : " RSV-SRV-0040 The report server encountered an internal error. VisualizationException:ECS-VOS-1002 VisOutput service error.:org.apache.commons.codec.DecoderException "
Resolving The Problem
commons-codec-1.3.jar has been replaced by commons-codec-1.4.jar for some other purpose.
Restore commons-codec-1.3.jar to the <Installation Directory>/webapps/p2pd/WEB-INF/lib and restart the service.
