  DETAILS:
  A logical unload stops with RC 8 and msgINZU238E where the SQL
  statement involves comparison with a constant and the same
  expression is compared several times as in the following
  example:
  CASE expression
      WHEN constant1 THEN
      WHEN constant2 THEN
      ...
  END

Local fix

• Adding FIX(OPTCMP) to VUU030/ULOPTNS in the HPU parmlib solves
  the problem.
  
  Be aware that this setting may slow down HPU where SQL
  statements with comparisons are involved.
