Problem
Attempts to run Colony Map Synchronizer agent leads to the error Not able to get a Connection for DEFAULT_CONFIGURATION_94 in IBM Sterling Order Management.
Symptom
Steps to reproduce:
- Change single schema Sterling deployment mode to Multi-schema mode.
In the sandbox.cfg file, set the following properties:
multischema.enabled=true
multischema.version=9.4
For version 9.5.0, the above value should be set as 9.5
- Run setupfiles.cmd.
- Run "Colony Map Synchronizer" agent on DEFAULT colony
The below error is thrown:

Cause
Installer Edition mismatch
Diagnosing The Problem
For converting from single schema to multi schema setup . You must have Enterprise edition of product If you have professional edition of product then application will not allow to use Multi schema feature .
Resolving The Problem
To resolve, use product plug-in installer to convert installation from Professional edition to Enterprise Edition from passport advantage site.
