Error description

• This APAR will address the following issues:
  - ABEND0C4 FUNMIGUT if the dirty GETMAIN trap is enabled due TO
    obtained storage not cleared before it is used.
  - When using the archive utility, &JDATE produces a correct
    julian date, however, &JFIRST produces a garbage julian date

  This APAR is addressing the following:
  1. An abend 0C4 can occur in module FUNMIGUT if the Dirty
  Getmain trap is enabled due to obtained storage not
  cleared before it is used.
  2. &JDATE correctly produces a Julian date however &JFIRST
  generates a nonsense Julian date
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made:
  1. Module FUNMIGUT has been changed to clear obtained storage
  before use.
  2. Changed the archive utility to correctly produce a Julian
  date when &JFIRST is specified in the archive dataset
  name skeleton.
