APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Change apply issued a GHU call to retrieve the segment for
  REPL call.  However, an SSA was used using the segment only.
  This retrieved the wrong segment and leads to the status code
  DA.

  Change apply encountered a "DA" status code.
  Description:  change apply issued a GHU call to retrieve
  the segment for the REPL call.  However, a SSA was using
  the segment only.  This retrieved the wrong segment and
  leads to the DA status code.
  Explanation: The code recognized the PTR=NT for the segment and
  did not create a aualified SSA. This is not correct for a
  root segment.
  

Problem conclusion

• A check has been made to look for a root segment when
  creating an SSA for retrieval by key.
