Troubleshooting
Problem
Images are displayed if report is run interactively. Images are not displayed when run in the background with saved output option. Instead, an X mark is shown in place of the image. No issues found with PDF format, only with HTML format.
Resolving The Problem
Change image relative path:
From
../bi/samples/images/imagename.jpg
To
/bi/samples/images/imagename.jpg
