Error description
User has a migrated application from VAGEN. It is found that while using the EGL debugger, The cursor is not set correctly after the program executes a SET form INITIAL. The cursor is placed on a 'remembered' field. The problem does NOT happen on Java runtime, or Cobol runtime (ZOSCICS), or VAGEN ITF. It is onl seen in EGL debugger.

The problem occurs in the EGL debugger and generated Java programs.
