Error description

  • IPR Driver gets RC=04 with MSGHPSG2211W (ITKBLOAD NOT
AUTHORIZED) when the ITKBLOAD statement is specified and the
specified library is managed by SMS.  IPR Driver assumes that
the library is unauthorized even if the library is
APF-authorized.

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

This APAR fixes the following problem:
   When the IMS Tools KB (ITKB) load module library is in the
   APF list and it is placed on the SMS-managed volumes,
   HPSG2211W (REASON: ITKBLOAD NOT AUTHORIZED) is issued
   incorrectly and the IPR driver ends with RC=04.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The module HPSGAPF0 has been modified to treat the ITKB load
module library correctly.
