PM76325: REORG JOBS NOT BALANCED PROPERLY WHEN BALANCING BY DASD

Error description

• When balancing reorg jobs by DASD, jobs may not be balanced
  correctly if the 'Max Prim Space Alloc' setup parameter is
  overridden on the Job Profile.  If the 'Max Prim Space Alloc'
  override value is greater than the actual allocation of the
  object, the 'Max Prim Space Alloc' value is being used for
  balancing which can result in unbalanced jobs.
  

Local fix

• Remove the 'Max Prim Space Alloc' override from the Job Profile.
