PM75430: MULTIPLE ACCOUNTING FILE STATEMENTS PRODUCE INCORRECT OUTPUT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A DB2PE job extracted data from SMF, Job used ACCOUNTING FILE
  with EXCEPTION and an exception dataset.  Attempted to add a
  second FILE statement with DATATYPE (DDF).  Job ran, but It
  appeared that the first FILE statement affected the behavior of
  the second.  When ran individually, FILE EXCEPTION produced 5539
  records and FILE DATATYPE (DDF) produced 27 records.  If ran
  them in the same control deck with FILE EXCEPTION first, got
  5539 exception records and 23 DDF records.  If ran with FILE
  DATATYPE(DDF) first got 8981 exception records and 27 DDF
