Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS now supports users who
  define the product libraries via a TSO LOGON PROC or via LIBDEF
  statements issued before the ADBL clist is invoked.

  *                      before the ADBL CLIST is invoked.,      *
  *                      the DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS    *
  *                      does not generate the correct ADBxLIB   *
  *                      variables.                              *

  When a user runs the ADBL CLIST with LIBDEF(NO) and PROD(.), or
  customizes the DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS libraries that
  are allocated before the ADBL CLIST is invoked., the DB2
  Administration Tool for z/OS does not generate the correct
  ADBxLIB variables.
