Where can you find IBM Knowledge Center that should be installed with the product to set up the help for IBM Rational DOORS or IBM Rational DOORS Web Access?
Cause
You are following the steps in Installing help on your computer or Installing help on an intranet server, however, you cannot locate the IBM Knowledge Center zip file.
Answer
IBM Knowledge Center is installed with DOORS 9.6.1.7 Server or later. "kcci_install" folder should exist in \DOORS\9.6 and the file name is KC_CI.zip.
