  Abend Code 4038  REASON CODE 00000001 and message IBM0421S
   ONCODE=520  The SUBSCRIPTRANGE condition was raised.
  From entry point SIMPLE_TABLE_SPEC at statement xxxx at compile
  unit of+xxxxxxxx at address xxxxxxxx
  when using GEN TRIGGER line command on panel ADB21J
