Problem
When opening an Active Report in a Safari browser on an iOS device, you recieve the error 'Cannot open object interactiveReport'
Cause
Pop-ups are not allowed in the browser
Resolving The Problem
Enable Pop-ups in the browser
On your iOS device
- Tap on Settings
- Tap Safari
- The disable Block Pop-ups
