Error description
From z/VSE 5.1 the SDWA provides the hardware BEAR that makes it easier to trace a failing branch by providing the address of the instruction that caused the program check. The new SDWA structure is SDWARC4 and it is addressed by SDWAPTRS.SDWAXEME. SDWAXEME is not available before 5.1 and must not be accessed.
