Troubleshooting
Problem
When adding a Visualization to a Dashboard in Cogsno Analystics it appears as a blank square. Unable to view toadd Data Items to drop zones
Cause
IIS Web Server does not have the required MIME Types configured.
Environment
Cognos Analytics 11.0.4
IIS Web Server
Resolving The Problem
Reviewing IIS MIME Types find that .woff2 and .template are not added.
Follow the IIS Configuration Documentation and ensure all requires MIME Types are added.
