Problem

Running a simple report in Excel from report authoring UI in FireFox shows a dialog window with the following error message: TypeError: _JKJ is null /pat/rsapp.htm 6

Cause

Popup blocker is enabled in FireFox

Resolving The Problem

Disable popup blocker
