PM67779: JCL ERROR WHEN USING A FULL RTE

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using a FULL RTE, the started task contains a BASEHLEV
  variable that is not used and therefore results in a JCL error.
  

Local fix

• Please try to remove or comment out the following line in your
  OMPE STC and restart it to see if the OMPE can be restarted
  
  //         BASEHLEV=&RHILEV..&SYS..R,

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The following JCL error occurs in case the JCL for a FULL RTE
  is wrong:
  
  3 IEFC657I THE SYMBOL BASEHLEV WAS NOT USED
  
  The PTF changes the way how the symbol is set to make sure it
  always contains a valid value.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The started task is now generated with a valid BASEHLEV symbol
  value for each use case.
