Error description

• Error:
  'Cannot connect to Change Management server.
  Please check Change Management server status or module
  configuration.
  This module will be opened in read-only mode'
  if a user opens a DOORS module that is configured for the
  DOORS-Change OSLC integration for Synergy database A, while he
  has roles assigned to two Synergy databases (A and B) and while
  database B is disabled in Rational Change.
