Error description
IBM Rational ClearTeam Explorer plugins including IdePlugin, EclipsePlugin, and UIPlugin all require UI access during startup. This causes headless operations like headless import and headless build to fail when a local XServer is not available. This is the case when using a remote terminal (like ssh or telnet) without X forwarding. WORKAROUND: None.
