Question & Answer
Question
How can I find large and/or old files to manually delete from the Guardium CLI?
Answer
To find files that are over a certain size and age, run the following CLI command:
support show large_files <size> <age>
This command will list all the files larger than <size> MB and older than <age> days in the /var /tmp /root folder
You can then delete a specific file by running the following command:
support clean log_file <full path of file to delete>
If you are not confident on which files to remove, contact Guardium services or support before running this command.
