• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' MAKEPBG command results in
  one of the two following errors:
  
  Unexpected token in constant list - expected comma or right
  paren
  ADB2PA: The following statement could not be parsed :
  ALTER TABLE >schema<.>table< ALTER PARTITION 0 ENDING AT (
  2002-01....
  
  or:
  SQLCODE -662 A PARTITIONED INDEX CANNOT BE CREATED ON A
  NON-PARTITIONED, PARTITION-BY-GROWTH OR RANGE-PARTITIONED
  UNIVERSAL TABLE SPACE tspace-name
