CustomHelpURL 3) Tried the path within double quotes and also as file:///C:?path? On trying to use the customer help file on clicking the 'F1' on different tabs on elements feature dialog (tab for which the resource ID is entered in the map file) does not work as it opens the default help and not the customer help that was configured. Please find a video capture of the steps tried at support.
