Error description
A successful BES push operation in the mob.log can be misconstrued by interoperability warnings ????In a multi-BES configuration users on BES may not be recognized by other BES's and in turn when a push operation is initiated the BES not recognizing users will return ERROR messages ????These errors are interpreted as failed BES push operations when in fact the errors are simply warnings about unrecognized users????The errors should be warnings since this is expected behaviour and we are simply passing along BES messages about unknown users????*** BES push failures are logged as errors when they should be logged as warnings. In addition, if all BES servers fail then we should log an error and not a warning
