PM60297: SOME DB2 MESSAGES FROM DSNT300I THRU DSNT399 THAT INDICATE A PROBLEM WITH THE COMMAND ARE IGNORED

Error description

• DATABASE STOP, DISPLAY and START may return a message in the
  range between DSNT300I and DSNT399I that indicates an error
  with the command has occurred.
  
  For example, DSNT300I indicates there is an authorization
  failure.  This message is ignored and the command is marked
  as completed okay when it isn't.
  
  Messages that terminate the job are those that affect multiple
  or all DB2 database commands. Those that affect only the object
  specified in the command result in the command failing. The job
  may or may not continue.
