• IMS CT is not detecting that an IMS system is active so
  therefore does not issue commands to DBR and STA databases

Problem conclusion

• 1. Add the following new optional keywords to the IMSUPDATE
  Command:
  DBRCGRP(src_dbrcgrp,tgt_dbrcgrp)
  IMSPLEX(src_imsplex,tgt_imsplex)
  2. The STARTCMD and RESTART-CMD keywords for the IMSSTART
  command are no longer required when the STARTCSL keyword
  has been specified.
  3. Add new messages GCL32247W and GCL32248W.
  Doc update will be provided to IBM documentation group to be
  posted on the Web site.
