Error occurs after entering logon credentials for TM1 instance for the first time in Architect Same error occurs in Perspectives, Performance Modeler and Cognos Connection after entering logon credentials for tm1 instance for the first time.

Load Balancer is not running on Planning Analytics Environment
Resolving The Problem
STEPS:
1. Request Cloud to start load balancer on Planning Analytics environment
