Error description
When Trading Manager 8.2.1.5 is processing inbound FA (997) data, it produces a reject and session.xml file. The reject file states: stampandsortack - 8.2.1.5 The filename 997_out1<threadid>mo.997 was invalid... Possible cause was that the file extension of ' 997 ' was not a valid Get PON. Check in Partner Manager that the Post Office exists. Or check that your filename is in the correct format. The session.xml file states shows errors coming from Map Id stampandsortack as well as getthreadid. An error message is displayed of <Message Time="20111122 16:46:053" ID="20004-C">Unknown error verifying post office '997'.</Message>
