Question & Answer
Question
Does IBM Sterling Order Management Product Deployment Architecture mandate the use of IBM HTTP Server as load balancer ?
Cause
Need to remove IHS servers from the deployment architecture.
Answer
Sterling Order Management System can work without IBM HTTP Server (IHS) being used as load balancers, and there is no dependency between IHS and Sterling OMS as such. Decisions to add/remove IHS servers are purely infrastructural and they’re not a pre-requisite for Sterling.
