Why do instructions on Radio Frequency (RF) devices get truncated if length>20 characters in Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Suite?
Cause
On the RF (WinCE), your can see only 20 characters on screens like receiving instructions, pack instructions.
Answer
This is the limitation on the RF. This issue can be resolved by customization.
- The Item instruction can be displayed on a separate html.
OR
- The item instruction can be broken down and can be set into the next html on different text boxes so that the message is visible.
