  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When the load module FPEVDB2I of the PE Server subtask abends,
  the PE Server subtask is automatically terminated and
  restarted. During termination a data retrieval request issued
  from the Classic interface is processed in load module DGOVISI
  while the referenced storage has already been released by the
  terminating PE Server subtask. In consequence load module
  DGOVISI abends with system completion code 0C4.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The code has been corrected to avoid the processing of new data
  retrieval requests and discontinue the processing of already
  ongoing data retrieval requests before the PE Server subtask
  is terminated.
