Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' GEN / DDL function creates
  incorrect DDL for the PRIMARY KEY when executed on a DB2 10
  New Function Mode / NFM or later subsystem when an INCLUDE
  column is added to an index that is for a primary key and the
  primary key was created prior to DB2 Version 7.
