Question

How can I disable spell check in IBM Rational Rhapsody?

Cause

You have enabled spell check in the Check model in IBM Rational Rhapsody

Answer

Steps to follow:

  1. Go to check model in IBM Rational Rhapsody.
  2. Check models can be found Tools->Check Model->Configure.
  3. If any check is there for spell check, then disable it .
  4. After making the option disable, please close all instance of Rhapsody and open it again.
  5. Apart form this Spell Checking is enabled in rhapsody.ini file also
(<install folder>\Rational\Rhapsody\8.1.3\rhapsody.ini) as following.

EnableSpellChecking=TRUE
DictionariesPath=$OMROOT/SpellCheck/Dictionaries
Language=en-US
Close all instance of Rhapsody and you can try make
EnableSpellChecking=FALSE , to avoid spell check in Rhapsody.
