PM96960: INZU395E THE IMAGE COPY CANNOT BE USED FOR THE TABLE SPACE

Error description

• An attempt to unload the data from an image copy (COPYDDN option
  specified) fails after issuing a message such as:
  INZU395E THE IMAGE COPY CANNOT BE USED FOR THE TABLE SPACE
            dbname.tsname
            FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON:
            THE IMAGE COPY CONTAINS SEVERAL VERSIONS FOR THE
            TABLE tbname
            WHILE THE TARGET TABLE HAS NO VERSION.
  but the situation described by the message is false.
  
  This can occur when version 0 is not present the SYSIBM.SYSOBDS
  table for the table to be unloaded and the target tablespace has
  versions.
