Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' panel ADB21TIN 'Build SQL
  INSERT Prototype' does not support CLOB and BLOB data types
  resulting in a SQLCODE -206 / SQLCODEN206 when the insert is
  attempted.
  

Local fix

• Specify the input for BLOB columns using the BLOB('') syntax
  and specify the input for CLOB columns by enclosing the value
  in quotes.
