Question

Do we have RCP version of Call Center and Store in version 9.4

Answer

No, we do not have version 9.4 COM SOM, however you can use COM SOM version 9.3 with OMS version 9.4

In order to use RCP COM / SOM with 9.4

1) OMS 9.4 should be upgraded
2) Store 9.4 should be installed. During this installation you will be given a choice to install (RCP) Store 9.3 or (Web) Store 9 .4. You will choose RCP Store 9.3 to continue using that
3) For COM, you can download and install RCP COM 9.3 directly. There is no linkage to Web Call Center 9.3 (or 9.4) since the two have separate installers. You can refer to the RCP COM 9.3 installation documents for details on this.
