Error description

• When a 'SORTFSZ nnnnnnn' control statement is specified and
  PSINDEX records are sorted by two or more striped sorts,
  incorrect number of records can be loaded to the PSINDEX
  partitions. This issue happens in the following cases:
  Case 1.  The partition IDs of PSINDEX are not in the high-key
  sequential order.
  Case 2.  A partition selection exit is specified for the
  PSINDEX, and it assigns a partition ID out of the high-key
  range.
