APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A logical unload (SELECT statement & OUTDDN option) where the
  SQLPART or PART is specified produces incorrect output data
  sets. Some output data set can contains unexpected rows and/or
  can miss some expected rows.
  
  This occurs if the following conditions are fulfilled:
  - the unload is processed in SQL mode (i.e. with DB2 FORCE
    or DB2 YES and unsupported SELECT statement)
  - the partitionning key contains a decimal column that
    preceeds a column which dtaa type is either of the following:
    char, varchar, graphic, vargraphic
