PM89944: INCREASE TIMESTAMP PRECISION IN DBRC COMMANDS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ORF job can fail due to the STARTIME of DBRC NOTIFY.PRILOG
  command being duplicate.
  To prevent the duplication, the precision of timestamps in the
  DBRC commands issued by ORF will be increased.

  New parameter DBRCHIPR is added to the HRFSETOP runtime option
  module. When DBRCHIPR=Y is specified, DBRC commands are
  generated with 16-digit timestamps. The 16-digit timestamps can
  be processed only when the MINVERS value in the RECON data set
  is 10.1 or higher.
