How to connect Sterling PCA client 9.2.0 to Upgraded in 9.4

Problem

We were planning to upgrade sterling Foundation to V9.4. Currently we were in Sterling 9.2.0. We are planning to use the PCA clients for some time. Can you please tell us what steps needs to be performed for upgrade, so that Call Center Application was supported. Documents were telling about the SOM version 9.3(PCA) is available for 9.4.But no details about the Call Center Application.

Resolving The Problem

The following RCP applications are shipped in Sterling Order
Management, Release 9.4:
Sterling Call Center
Sterling Store
Sterling Store Inventory Management
All the RCP applications are of previous version, which is 9.3. These
applications are certified to work with Sterling Order Management,
Release 9.4. After you install the RCP applications, ensure to apply
the latest fix packs that are available on the IBM® Fix Central.

Make sure to apply the latest Fix Packs that are available for COM 9.3.0.

Therefore a customer who has a PCA 9.2 client should install RCP COM-930 and SOM-930


on top of Foundation 9.4.0 making sure to apply the latest Fix Packs that are available for COM 9.3.0.
