APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• OmPE uses "STEALABLE PAGES"(QISEKLRU) and "FREE PAGES"
  (QISEKFRE) values in SMF record in order to calculate
  "% PAGES IN USE". But, these values are not fixed values
  and fluctuate in a very short period. And, depending on OmPE
  data collection timing, it might be possible that the total
  of these two values is slightly bigger than "TOTAL
  PAGES" (QISEKPGE). In this case,"% PAGES IN USE" becomes
  negative. Instead of displaying reporting negative value,
  "% PAGES IN USE" field will show "0" value.
  
  Also, ABEND0C4 can occur in the ZEDMPH panel when
  there are fewer DBD free pages than reusable pages.  Module
  KO2ODB2F, CSECT O2OST2.

  Ensure percentages are not less than zero.  Also, subtract
  the stealable (reusable) pages from the counts of the SKEL and
  DBD pages in use for DB2 V10.
