Local fix

  • Add 'MAXTASKS 2' input control statement to use the HPU
hierarchical scan rather than the sequential scan where the
error occurs.

*                      is an unknown data shorter than 8       *
*                      bytes following a free space or         *
*                      a segment data in a block of the target *
*                      database data sets.                     *
*                      The unknown data shorter than 8 bytes   *
*                      should be treated as slack bytes        *
*                      even if it's not filled with X'00'.     *
