Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' panel ADB2P2 'Change DB2
  Admin Defaults' field 'Capitalize data' setting of 'NO' does
  not prevent the folding of data to uppercase in all input fields
  for example panel ADB2C12 'CM - Insert a Change'.

  When the 'Capitalize data' option is set to 'NO' on panel
  ADB2P2, it does not take effect on the DB2 Administration
