Error description
When creating a package against an external datasource (.xlsx file on a network share) from within RS will work until the session closes. ??If you set it up so Cognos tries to automatically load the file each time the report gets run, trying to execute the report will result in QE-DEF logon failed, unable to find the ODBC DSN name. Also will get UDA errors.??Works fine if you reselect/reprompt for the file. It will allow for the report to execute successfully.??Works fine against a .xls file, only fails with the .xlsx format and the "auto-load" functionality
