Problem conclusion
01.Problem has been corrected 02.FEKCSET work item modified to handle special characters. Modification to rsed.envvars file backup message. 03.The SCLM DT host version module BWBVER has been modified to preserve the correct syscall environment over multiple versioning requests. 04.C developers may encounter error "UnsupportedEncodingException: filetag" when using statement like "??=pragma filetag ("IBM-1147")"
