APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS' processing of a change
  results in TIMESTAMP(3), TIMESTAMP(6) and TIMESTAMP(9) columns
  being changed to TIMESTAMP (0).
  

Local fix

• Work-around is to run by comparing catalog to catalog
  instead of using the DDL as source.
